Fall 2018 Speed & Agility Training

Fall 2018 Breakers Speed and Agility Program - Powered by Jay Dyer Strength & Conditioning

Open to all Middle School Breakers players (2023s, 2024s, 2025's)

All sessions will be held at Jay Dyer Strength & Conditioning (10534 York Road Suite 104, Cockeysville, MD 21030)

**Parents please do not wait inside the facility after you drop your son off for training. There is not enough room with other athletes training at the same time**

The Fall 2018 program will consist of 7 sessions for $140 (1 session per week for 7 weeks)

  • You can choose to attend either on Tuesdays or Thursdays starting October 2nd or October 4th.
  • All Tu/Th sessions will be held from 7-8 PM. 
  • Program will focus on the fundamentals of functional movements, multidirectional speed and the basics of strength.
  • Please make sure to communicate with Coach Huggins ( to discuss conflicts of schedule changes. 


All athletes must fill out the JDSC waiver and medical history forms before attending.
