Spring 2018 Speed & Agility Training


Spring 2018 Breakers Speed and Agility Program - Powered by Jay Dyer Strength & Conditioning

Open to all Middle School Breakers players (2022s, 2023s and 2024s)

Training will be split up into separate Pre-Season and In-Season programs. You can choose one or both. 

All sessions will be held at Jay Dyer Strength & Conditioning (10534 York Road Suite 104, Cockeysville, MD 21030)

**Parents please do not wait inside the facility after you drop your son off for training. There is not enough room with other athletes training at the same time**


Pre-Season Program: 8 sessions for $160 (2 sessions per week for 4 weeks)

  • Program begins week of February 26th and runs through week of March 19th
  • You can choose from the Monday / Wednesday option or the Tuesday / Thursday option. Changes can be acomodated on a week-to-week basis, but please make sure to communicate with Coach Huggins (hugginsbrandon34@gmail.com) prior to making any schedule changes. 
  • All sessions will be held from 7-8 PM. 
  • Program will focus on the fundamentals of functional movements, multidirectional speed and the basics of strength.

In-Season Program: 6 sessions for $120 (Up to 1 session per week for 9 weeks)

  • Program includes 6 sessions that can be used over a 9 week period (March 26 to May 23)
  • You can choose to train on Mondays or Wednesdays; All sessions will be held from 7-8 PM. 
  • Program will continue to build on fundamentals covered in the pre-season program. 
  • Athletes that would like to train more than 1x per week, please contact Coach Huggins (hugginsbrandon34@gmail.com) to schedule additional training sessions or if you need to modify your schedule. 

All athletes must fill out the JDSC waiver and medical history forms before attending.
